BestChem Black Out (Stainless Steel Pickling Paste)

BestChem Black Out is a specially formulated pickling paste to clean discoloration, oxide scale, burn marks or rainbow effect on the stainless steel seam surface after welding. It does not contain hydrochloric acid and chlorides. 

Application

1kg of BestChem Black Out is sufficient to treat approximately 80-150m of weld seam 50mm wide or an area equivalent to 5-8m².

Direction for use

Read the safety recommendations before using. Stir with plastic or wooden stick or shake briefly before application. Do not use metal rod. Apply plentifully using a brush with no metal parts. Set the surface to react (reference with the recommended reaction time).

Then rinse thoroughly with water. The rinse may be assisted by using a natural, plastic or stainless steel brush or with a high-pressure water jet.

Corrosion and acid-resistant steels (stainless) - 15 - 60 mins
Nickel and nickel alloys - 5 - 20 mins
Copper-nickel alloys - 5 - 20 mins
